Terms and conditions – ‘Developer Deposit Assist’
Total value of payment is equivalent to 50% of the deposit amount required on your new home building contract capped at 2.5% of the total home building contract price with a maximum payment available of $10,000 (lesser of the two). Payment will be made in full to the nominated builder within 14 days of settlement of the lot or within 14 days of the building contract being provided and verified, whichever is later. Build contract must be supplied for verification purposes of claim within 6 months of land contract date. Not to be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer, only available at The Millstone. Available from 1/02/2020 to 31/03/2020.
