In an effort to keep you informed with how construction of your lot is progressing please read the below update.
Practical Completion of work remains scheduled for May 2019.
We forecast approximately 4 weeks from completion of physical construction works to receive all authority consents to approve the works and lodge plan at the Land Registry Office.
Stages 1, 2 and 3 plan registration by the Land Registry is forecast for July 2019. Settlement will be in accordance with your individual contract of sale.
Access will be made available to site for the purposes of conduction valuations on stages 1 and 2 upon Practical Completion.
Notification will be provided once Practical Completion has been achieved so you can arrange for valuation access.
Stages 1 & 2 – Summary of works still to be completed
- Footpath along Renaissance Drive
- Concrete speed humps
- Signage and line marking
- Final layer of asphalt.
Stage 3 – Summary of works still to be completed
- Retaining wall Completion
- Final lot shaping and topsoiling.
Stages 4 & 5 – Summary of works still to be completed
- Earthworks are underway and sewer to commence 9th May.
